I’m always amazed at how effective these simple exercises can be but they must be tied in with a good diet regime too or the six pack won’t show…..just my thoughts.

ive been doing just normal sit-ups for the past 5 months and have seen very small results, im hoping this technique will work and im sure it will unlike all the other scams out there.

I will be doing this for 6 weeks 2 times a day… The first two weeks I will be doing it every other day then the last 4 twice a day every day. I have a before pic and at week will be a middle pic then after pic the results will only come if I run everyday and eat healthy take this challenge and see how it works for you.

Hey thanks! Awesome vid! I’m a mother of 3 in really good shape, I’m just trying to tone up the belly area…I’m going to take your advice and work on my abs every other day…Are there some good butt and leg exercises I could do on my between days???…And how long does it usualy take to see results if you stick to the training??

you need to read the latest info on the 30 year study done on how crunches are BAD for your spine…I’m also a personal trainer…and teach core fitness…and crunches are out! MacLean’s produced the article, the title is “The Man who wants to Kill Crunches.”
