I’d rather work out for a shorter time with better results. I had been trying to cram a workout into my routine for years. Then I found this awesome program that alows me to work out less and the weight just FALLS OFF! my cuz is getting paid for passing a test with 2 questions he gets 2 dollars and 22 dollars a month then they pay his mom 40 dollars a month lucky well anyways he is paying me 5 dollars to train him to make him faster and to help him get in shape for middle school

Great video, and yea, losing weight is not easy, but it’s POSSIBLE. The think is that there is soo many OTHER ways to lose weight. For example, my favourite is dancing to the music I love (2h/day). Or playing soccer with my kids.. there is so many funny and simple methods out there, and you don’t even need to spend hours in gym. I lost about 30 pounds already. All those methods I discovered at w w w. weightlossdatabase.info <- this membership site is simply amazing and has some unique ways.

I imagine that showing already fit people working out is meant to serve as motivation. A “this is what you’d look like if you did my workouts regularly” type of deal. Also, as a qualifier. If an out of shape person is showing you how to get fit, are you going to trust his/her methods?

Hey lazy gluttons! I have the best solution for your hipopotamus body. Put your shit in a glass container. Then everytime you get hungry, just open it and smell it or if you dont like the smell, just look at it and shake it a bit so that you can see the nuts and leaves you’ve eaten the other day.
